Our client in Mid Michigan needs a Human Resource Administrative Assistant!The Human Resource Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support for day-to-day operations within human resources through a variety of tasks and responsibilities.The Human Resource Administrative Assistant serves as primary back-up to the receptionist in handling incoming calls and ensures coverage of front desk during lunches, days off and meetings as necessary. In addition the successful Human Resource Administrative Assistant will also assist in maintaining and updating the HR filing system, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains binder, assists in hiring process, processes employment applications, schedules interviews, and will also process background checks.
