Other responsibilities are supervising CPCs, coordinating providers audits, developing and providing education within the organization as it pertains to regulatory and insurance company policies and guidelines.This Compliance Manager must have a minimum of 7 years experience in coding and documentation within the healthcare industry preferably in private practice with at least 5 years of supervisory experience.
