Data Warehouse BI Lansing MI 6+ months Required: 5+ Years Project Lead/Data Warehouse Business Intelligence Analyst Experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills SQL Assistant Experience Business Objects Training Experience Business Objects Report Development Experience Ability to work with end users/customers to understand and developer requirements Experience with the State s SUITE methodology is a plus Analyze project requirements and develop detailed specifications for new and existing data warehouse reporting requirements Review and validate the development of test data and scenarios incorporating extensive knowledge of the Agency s business rules. Needs to be able to work independently and not rely on State or other team members - need someone at Senior level Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with programmers, analysts, immediate supervisor, management, system users, operations, other State agencies and the private sector. Meet with users for clarification and elaboration as may be necessary to clearly define a problem and conceptualize a development plan.
