Support new businessdevelopment by working closely with the New Business Development Team with North America Affiliate o Provide quality leads for prospecting o Communicate consistently with the team to ensure alignment of brand with existing and new business o Set up, launch, and grow the new business from the opening order forward
. Work independently from a home office, while managing a consistent meeting calendar with accounts o Meet once per month or more with accounts in Tiers 1 and 2 o Meet once every 6-8 weeks with accounts designated in Tier 3
. Use Bb Relationship Management software to maximize effectiveness o Manage 90-day calendar and enter salon activities in advance o Log all activities and salon meeting notes within 48 hours of completion
. Manage business development budgets o Car stock budgets for promotional and merchandising activities oBusinessBuildingprogram budgets with accounts Qualifications:
. Strong sales ability
. Strong communication (written and oral) and presentation skills
. Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, and general comfort with new programs
Education and Experience:
. Undergraduate degree
. Three years experience in relationship based sales in the salon and/or retail industry
. Outside sales salon industry experience a plus
