A Senior Level counsellor for key accounts; provides services to key corporate clients regarding business travel arrangements. · Providing high touch VIP business travel arrangements to corporate clients which includes heavy international bookings
· Providing positive telephone service techniques and excellent client relations, visa, and passport services and group bookings including rooming lists, arrival and departure listings, and group transportation coordination
· 5 years corporate travel experience
· A demonstrated willingness to establish and maintain positive client relations
· Adaptable and flexible to changing situations
· This position requires decisive and successful problem solving skills, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and delivery of accurate reservations
· Current and strong Sabre GDS skills: including heavy international bookings and exchanges
· ARC workload experience
