* Working knowledge with recruiting tools (job boards, advertising, external sourcing)
* Working in conjunction with the college recruiting team to help drive top talent into the company's college recruiting programs
* Providing information to candidates to positively market the organization/position and continually find ways to enhance the candidate experience
* Developing a thorough understanding of assigned department/regional culture and using that understanding to better recruit top talent and help candidates fully understand the opportunity
* Assisting with the development and implementation of recruitment policies, procedures, forms and strategies
* Staying abreast of industry and business trends and using that data to support recruitment initiatives
* Generating creative ways to find top talent for challenging positions or hard to hire markets
* Consistently using recruitment metrics to take a strategic approach to meeting current and future hiring needs
* Responsible for driving the consistent use of the company ATS system
* When applicable, taking a consultancy approach to supporting HR partners in finding lower level positions in challenging markets and/or departments
* Other talent acquisition, corporate and/or regional projects as assigned

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business preferred

At least 2 years of HR or recruiting experience preferred
