- Travel Industry Experience
- Experience in managing and retaining client relationships with success in growing business
- Demonstrate success in exceeding goals
- Ability to balance and prioritize client assignments to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Initiative in identifying customer and product issues with resolution
- Ability to drive change management strategies within client portfolio
