Title: Design Manager - Global New Accounts and Multiple Audience Projects (Eastern Hemisphere)Location: United StatesOther Locations:This role is responsible for building partnerships with Global New Accounts business partners across World Service and business partners across Eastern hemisphere to execute the Learning Strategy for Global New Accounts (GNA) and Multiple Audience Projects(MAP) Design projects respectively.The incumbent will lead a team of Senior Instructional Designers, Instructional designers and contract staff that create learning solutions for the World Service GNA and Multiple Audience initiatives, which include new system and new product training that impact several lines of business concurrently. This role will ensure that the learning strategy is designed consistently and in line with global standards. The individual will partner with business stakeholders and Relationship Care Strategy team to deliver a world class learning experience and drive a measureable impact to the business to create classroom, blended and e-learning solutions to satisfy a wide range of learning requests (i.e. curriculum, orientation, technical, compliance, soft skills, needs assessment, )This role ensures that learners have the very best learning experience across all Learning media and will involve analysis of learners' performance in role to identify improvements to learning content.This role ensures that what is learnt is effectively applied on the job by tracking performance post classroom and working with the line to identify improvements to post learning support.
