Essential functions include data system implementation and support, data management, analysis and maintenance. This position supports program and data monitoring and evaluation of HIV programs, by providing data management and analytic support to Division staff, providers, and other stakeholders. Particular emphasis is placed on supporting and facilitating monitoring and evaluation of early intervention services including linkage to and retention in primary medical care and prevention services.
