Title: Manager, Business Strategy and DevelopmentLocation: United StatesOther Locations:Responsible for supporting the Vice President, US MM Direct Sales in developing strategic objectives and business plans. In this highly visible role, the Incumbent will assist the VP and six Directors of Sales, in overall management of the US MMD sales organization, including:- Develop prospect 'insight' profiles to support the Challenger Sales transformation- Support internal business reviews- Analyze key performance reports and track scorecards for goal achievement- Manage business planning activities (build pipeline forecasts, monitor performance, improve processes)- Oganize and develop content for leadership team meetings- Manage rewards and recognition programsVice President and Sales Leadership team will rely to the Manager to run analytics and reporting to identify underlying issues and trends, collaborate with support teams and experts in designing solutions to address issues and project managing initiatives to drive improvements.Examples could include initiatives to: exceed sales targets, increase revenue, reduce expenses, develop the team, retain talent.Position requires the Manager to partner closely with the Sales team and other key business partners internally and externally including; GBP/BS&A, Finance, Marketing, HR, GCP and strategic partners.. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills required.
