Strong Analysis skills, training and writing skills are necessary skills. Our client is located in East Lansing, MI and has a need for at least two (2) years!Major Position Responsibilities:Assists in planning and design of new software applications.Participates in software development through the identification of system requirements, change request definition, program specification review, system & acceptance testing, and serving as client liaison.Develops training standards, plans, and materials.Conducts training or demo sessions for users, potential clients, or Client staff.Develops user manuals, proposals, and system help and system documentation.Travel, as needed.REQUIRED: (MINIMUM)4 years experience in a related position.Excellent writing skills.Good verbal communication skills.Ability to plan, organize, and carry out assignments with minimal supervision.Demonstrated user liaison/customer support skills in translating business needs to software applications.Strong SQL and data analysis skills.PREFERRED:Experience in the area of health care claims processing.Experience with training procedures and techniques.Experience with development of proposals and user manuals.Experience with data processing system implementation activities in PC and mainframe environments.Familiarity and experience with GUIs and client/server applications, preferably PowerBuilder.Experience using PC/LAN environment.Experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint.Experience with relational DBMS, preferably Oracle.Qualifications:4 years experience in a related position.Excellent writing skills.Good verbal communication skills.Ability to plan, organize, and carry out assignments with minimal supervision.Demonstrated user liaison/customer support skills in translating business needs to software applications.Strong SQL and data analysis skills.Job: Technology & Healthcare IT
