Maintain proper headcount through ongoing recruiting activities.br- Evaluate associates performance and coach them on performance-related problems and on their general development.br- Provide training to associates on a one-to-one basis on Guest service, Product knowledge, Merchandising, selling skills, safe merchandising techniques and use of equipment.br- Develop and maintain a weekly team schedule in adherence allowing the store to operate with the required team members and within the allotted labor budget.br- Ensure timely payroll processing and administration.br- Motivate associates, foster teamwork and champion change when it occurs.br- Cultivate and role model best selling and service practices.
