The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing services for the care and treatment of patients. The Registered Nurse assesses, implements and evaluates individual patient care in the Float Pool according to Nursing Services departmental policies, procedures and standards of care and accepts responsibility for the direction of co-workers in the implementation of the nursing care plan. Department Description: This group of nurses float to all adult medical surgical units primary and all adult intermediate care units secondary.
