Medical Observation Services, PLLC (MOS) is currently seeking a Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Practice Physician to work autonomously in the 12-bed Clinical Decision Unit at Sparrow Hospital.  The goal of the observation unit is to partner with the Emergency Department and Hospitalist team to manage patient admissions and discharges. The ideal candidate should be BCIM or BCFP with some hospitalist, acute care or observation experience.  Excellent patient assessment and communication skills, ability to work effectively and autonomously as part of a healthcare team, and a good attitude are essential skills.
