Job Details: General Purpose of Job: Provides leadership and expertise in the area of Health System Performance Improvement (PI) as it relates to practice, operations analysis and decision-making, management, education and research. Promotes quality through utilization of the Sparrow Health System (SHS) PI Plan, Medical Staff Bylaws, external criteria (accreditation and regulatory standards) and policies and procedures of the health system.
