Our prestigious client in the Greater Lansing Area is seeking a temporary bilingual pricing specialist. Overview of expectations of the position: 2-4 months of employment; M-F, 8am-5pm (includes 1 hour lunch, 2 15 minute breaks) Provide general customer service, which includes: oEntering orders oPricing orders oAnswering order status inquiries to customers and sales force oMaintaining prices in customer-specific files Provide assistance with clerical duties, which includes: oFiling oFaxing oData entry oTranslations oInter-office communication, both oral and written Provide heavy customer service, due to high season and while current staff is trained in new system.
